A.   What date would you like to begin your fundraiser?
      We recommend selling for one month and having the delivery about two weeks after the sale       ends.  Sales should begin in March or April with delivery being in May or June.

B.   How many salesmen do you anticipate having?
      This helps us ship the correct number of sales brochures to you.
